DELIVERY TIMES: - Our delivery service runs between 10:00 am - 4:30 pm daily for orders going to a business, and 10:00 am - 7:00 pm for orders going to a residence, hotel, or hospital.
On Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we operate extended delivery hours between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm going to a business and 8:00 am and 8:00 pm going to a residence.
Online Orders - To ensure enough time for us to receive and process same day delivery requests on online orders please place them no later than 2:00 pm on the day you are requesting delivery. For same day service on orders being placed after 2:00 pm please call us at 704.900.8949 or toll free at 855.201.5402 and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Rush Deliveries - Rush deliveries are gladly accommodated for an additional service fee of $10.00. Rush orders are delivered as per customer request therefore are available on phone in orders only. Weekend Delivery Policy - Same day deliveries are available on Saturday if ordered by 1 pm. Our Saturday local delivery service runs between 10:00 am-7:00 pm. We are closed on Sunday.
Funeral Homes - You do not need to know the exact address of a specific funeral home, just the name of the funeral home and the name of the deceased. As part of our service we will contact the funeral home you have specified to verify the exact address and the time of viewing and/or service, and to make arrangements for the flower delivery. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing, we will deliver to the viewing per the funeral home instructions. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service, we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family.
High Schools - High schools do not accept deliveries for students. Please send administrator and teacher gifts to the high school and any student orders to their residence.
If No One Is Home - Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as, on their doorstep (weather permitting) or with a neighbor. We will call the recipient directly to inform them of where we have delivered their flowers. If neither of these options are deemed appropriate we will leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for a convenient delivery.
Incorrect Addresses - If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. The Kelilabee Flower Company is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Canceling an Order -Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already processed, en route or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call 704.900.8949 or toll free 855.201.5402.
PO Boxes - We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses.
Card Messages - The message that you write in the Card Message field, or phone in to us, is the only message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order.
