Flowers 

The Kelilabee Flower Company works very hard to provide exactly what is shown on our website, however, due to the nature of fresh flowers and their availability substitutions are occasionally unavoidable. We guarantee any substitutions we make will be of equal or greater value and that the integrity of the arrangement will remain unchanged.  

 

Floral Containers and Vases

If a floral container or vase shown online is not available, a similar container will be used of equal or greater value. 

 

Plants 

For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. 

 

For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids and hydrangeas,  we  will contact you directly to discuss available options if the requested variety is unavailable.

 

If the plant container or basket shown online is not available, a similar container or basket of equal or greater value will be used.
